Stuff Spiritual People Love (#2): Healing Mask

The power to heal is the ability and willingness to release, to let go, to let pass.
That which is kept static, in place and unchanging will result in illness.
The energy that we are, must move and change, whether it is in the form of emotions, thoughts, actions or memories.

We must monitor diligently the pain, anger and negative attitude that we consciously and unconsciously store in our thoughts, body and memory.
Unmoved these expressions of the self will diminish, if not destroy, the vitality of our energy, quality of life and soul.

Healing and health requires inner change of perspective and movement. The healer's mask when used in ritual invokes change in energy on the level of the mind, body and spirit.
